This way, the entire team involved knows from the outset what problem they <strong>need to solve<\/strong> and what the <strong>criteria for defining success<\/strong> are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Measure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current status and performance evaluation of the quality improvement process are<strong> measured with numerical data<\/strong>. Concrete data obtained through measurement and analysis reveals the frequency of errors made during the production phase and their impact on production, thus <strong>determining the actual appearance of<\/strong> the production process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyze<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The resulting concrete data is <strong>examined to determine<\/strong> the root causes of errors occurring during the production phase. Once errors are precisely identified through data analysis and statistical methods, work begins on how to improve them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improve<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solutions to production errors are <strong>developed based on data<\/strong> obtained through analysis and investigation, and <strong>roadmaps are created for<\/strong> their implementation. <em>Improvement<\/em><strong> improves quality and increases efficiency<\/strong> by optimizing the production process and reducing errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Control<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure <strong>the quality achieved through<\/strong> the Six Sigma approach remains sustainable, <strong>new standards are established and adopted by<\/strong> every employee at every level of the company, and the process is regularly monitored.
